Caitlin is helping us with our e-commerce website from the ground up. She communicates the process, information required for the planning phase. She always comes prepared with detailed planning, comprehensive and well organized. Overall, she is very professional and helpful.
Caitlin helped us develop our luggage instruction manual. Our luggage uses innovative technology that people will need to learn how to use and Caitlin helped make sure that our customers will be able to follow along and understand the instructions easily. She used simple language, helpful images, easy to understand steps and consistent formatting. Our luggage instruction manual received excellent users’ feedback.
Our roles are typically reserved for senior students but we had a good feeling about her in the interview. Caitlin excelled in her ability to prioritize her work load and to deliver her work in an accurate and timely manner. She truly exceeded our expectations.

Caitlin was charged with performing a study of [Bothar Inc.'s] environmental footprint. She was responsible for research, analyzing the information, and compiling her findings into what turned out to be a very professionally written report which she presented to [Bothar Inc.'s] executive team.
Her structured approach to the assignment, and her engagement with engineering, technical, and field staff was exemplary. She initiated a fuel consumption tracking system that [Bothar Inc.] has adopted that enables us to improve our energy consumption efficiency by targeting the right areas. Caitlin is a high performer and achiever who works hard whom assimilated quickly into our team.
Despite the complexity of the work Caitlin completed all tasks competently and diligently, resulting in high quality work products. She has excellent communication skills and was able to produce memos/proposals that communicated key information in a clear and concise manner.
In addition, Caitlin ensured her work was completed safely, collaborated with team members, and asked questions where appropriate. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any future opportunities.
